1. Introduction

By accessing or using RoShield ("RoShield", "we," "us," or "our"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Purchase & Refund Policy ("Policy"). RoShield is a software project developed and maintained by Oğuz Emre Yılmaz, an individual developer. If you disagree with any part of this policy, you are prohibited from using our Services.

RoShield is an independent project not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Mojang Studios. Roblox is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation.

2. Definitions

Throughout this Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to all RoShield websites, applications, and services
• "Content" means any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services
• "Premium Features" refers to additional functionalities available through paid subscriptions

3. Service Usage Rights

3.1 General Rights

RoShield reserves the right to:

• Terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice for any reason
• Monitor and log all user activities within our Services
• Share user data with law enforcement when required
• Modify or discontinue any part of the Services without notice
• Implement rate limiting or access restrictions
• Remove or modify any content at our sole discretion

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

4.1 Roblox Plans

RoShield offers the following Roblox-specific subscription plans:

• Roblox Basic: Essential protection features for individual users
• Roblox Premium: Advanced protection with additional security layers
• Roblox Enterprise: Custom solutions for Roblox organizations and businesses

4.2 Minecraft Plans

Minecraft protection services are currently under development. Pricing and plan details will be announced soon.

4.3 General Subscription Plans

For other services, RoShield offers the following subscription plans:

• Standard Plan: Basic features with limited functionality
• Premium Plan: Enhanced features for individual users
• Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for businesses

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• The purchased product or license must not have been used
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

Important Notes:

• LemonSqueezy Purchases: If the product was purchased through LemonSqueezy, using their license key deactivation feature will permanently deactivate your license. Once deactivated, the license cannot be reactivated and refunds cannot be processed.
• Manual License Deactivation: If the license holder manually deactivates their license through the receipt email provided by LemonSqueezy, the product becomes non-refundable and unusable.
• This information is also included in the product descriptions on LemonSqueezy.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Enterprise plans may have different refund terms as specified in the individual agreement.

5. License Deactivation Policy

5.1 LemonSqueezy License Deactivation

For products purchased through LemonSqueezy, please note the following important information:

• Permanent Deactivation: Using LemonSqueezy's license key deactivation feature will permanently deactivate your license
• Manual Deactivation: If the license holder manually deactivates their license through the receipt email provided by LemonSqueezy, the product becomes non-refundable and unusable
• No Reactivation: Once deactivated, the license cannot be reactivated under any circumstances
• Refund Impact: Deactivated licenses are not eligible for refunds
• Product Description: This information is clearly stated in the product descriptions on LemonSqueezy

5.2 Before Deactivating Your License

Before using the deactivation feature, please ensure that:

• You are certain you no longer need the service
• You understand that deactivation is irreversible
• You have contacted support if you have any questions or issues

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. In case of any discrepancy between different language versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
