This Purchase & Refund Policy applies to RoShield ("we," "us," or "our"), a software project developed and maintained by Oğuz Emre Yılmaz, an individual developer. By purchasing or using our services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use our services.

RoShield offers subscription plans across three platforms. Each platform includes Basic, Premium, and Enterprise tiers.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Enterprise plans may have different refund terms as specified in the individual agreement.
For products purchased through LemonSqueezy, please read the following carefully before taking any action on your license.
Warning: Using LemonSqueezy's license key deactivation feature permanently deactivates your license. Once deactivated, the license cannot be reactivated under any circumstances and refunds cannot be processed.
RoShield reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts, modify or discontinue services, implement access restrictions, and share user data with law enforcement when required — all without prior notice.
