RoShield Terms of Service

RoShield is a software project developed and maintained by Oğuz Emre Yılmaz, an individual developer. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
• The service must not have been used extensively during this period
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Enterprise plans may have different refund terms as specified in the individual agreement.
