1. Introduction

By accessing or using RoShield Services, operated by RoShield Services ("RoShield", "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. In case of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the Türkiye version shall prevail.
