RoShield End User License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and RoShield Services, a company registered in Türkiye ("Licensor", "we", "us", "our"), for the use of RoShield software and services ("Software").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a:

• Limited: Non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• Purpose: To use the Software for your Roblox group management
• Restriction: Only for authorized purposes within Terms of Service

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software for unauthorized purposes
• Share or redistribute access credentials
• Attempt to bypass security measures

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights are owned by RoShield Services.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify the Software at any time
• Change features without prior notice
• Require latest version usage
• Discontinue support for older versions

6. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination:

• All rights granted will cease immediately
• You must stop using the Software
• Access may be revoked without notice

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
